Bless Homes Pvt. Ltd. is founded by a group of professionals and NRI’s with an intention of assuring Safety, Dignity and Care to Elder citizens by adapting International Standard Services and facilities. We intend to open such facilities primarily across Kerala and throughout India in future.

A retirement community dedicated to the Elder adult (+55 Years - Indian Citizens, NRIs And Foreign Nationals) providing housing, services and healthcare (including long term care) beginning with Independent living and a variety of health and nursing care. We offer a contract, based on an entry fee that guarantees a living unit, access to various facilities, services and health care. Assisted Living And Skilled Nursing are also available either pre-funded or on a fee for service basis.

Bless Homes offers many of the amenities and freedom of a private home (with some limitations due to shared common facilities and areas) with none of the concerns of property maintenance, personal safety, loneliness and isolation that may accompany the life of an elderly person in a typical neighborhood setting.

The ARC is a proven system in the west, where the concept and practice originated. The demand for such retirement communities are increasing globally and in India as well. The primary benefit of this model is that it allows people to age in one community even if they need additional healthcare services with time. This kind of living enhances a general sense of community and avoid loneliness.

During their active years residents are getting lots of opportunities to get involved with each other to plan, conduct, organize and also participate in various activities which in turn build an attachment between the residents over time. As they age in such a community they will be surrounded by friends with whom they have so many memories to share. They are in a familiar surrounding and the trauma of displacement from their home to an unfamiliar environment in the later years of life is avoided.
